The 3 monthly live group lessons are on the first, second and third Saturday of each month at 9am PST and the recordings will later be made available in the library.

All live lessons take place on Pacific Standard Time.

There is a link inside the membership portal where you will be able to directly schedule your one private lesson with Niki each month.

Both monthly memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

In your account, first cancel your existing membership. You will still have access until the end of the billing period. Then via the membership page on the site sign up for the alternate membership option. We do no offer refunds if you decide to cancel and switch memberships in the middle of a billing cycle.

If you click on the login or account button in the top right corner of the membership page + then look under the sign in button you will see “Not you? Sign out”. If you click that a new login screen should come up that will have the option to click “forgot password” + you can reset your password there. If you need more support please email us!
